Hot-dip Galvanized Hexagon Bolt
Hot-dip galvanized bolts refer to special bolt products produced through heating galvanizing treatment, which are widely used in industrial infrastructure construction and mechanical processing. Hot-dip galvanized bolts are degreasing and derusting to present a non-polluting and infiltrating surface. They are immediately immersed in a plating tank where zinc has been heated and melted in advance to form a zinc coating on the surface of the bolts.
Due to the thickness of the coating, hot-dip galvanized bolts are not compatible with other nuts. The threaded holes of galvanized nuts are slightly larger than other nuts to accommodate this coating. Hot-dip galvanized fasteners are often found in coastal environments and pressure-treated wood. The chemicals in these woods may corrode other fasteners.
